Does my capo come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Paige Capo includes a manufactures warranty. This warranty guarantees that if your capo develops a fault, we will repair or replace it.

Can just the rubber on the bar be replaced if it wears out?
Absolutely. A million songs later, you might notice the rubber material on the bar of your Paige Capo (where it touches the strings) is a bit worn out. This rubber material can be replaced quickly and easily.

How do I know which model I need?
The Paige Capo comes in an array of models to accommodate so many stringed instruments; you may find it difficult to choose the model that’s right for you.
The key to choosing the right model is in the width.
1) Determine how far up the neck you want to capo, then measure the width of your instrument at that point.
2) You do not want a wider capo than needed because this adds unnecessary bulk.
3) Also, make sure that you order a radiuses model if your instrument has a radiuses fret board (radiuses model numbers end with an R).

What’s the difference between The Clik and The Original?

The Clik Capo, unlike the original, incorporates an advanced quick release mechanism and is surrounded at all instrument contact points with finish safe tubing.

How do I use The Clik?
The Clik Capo is simple to use!
1) Position the capo behind the fret, latching on the bottom side.
2) Push the screw in toward the neck until you hear the last click.
3) Finely adjust the tension using the screw until the strings voice clearly.
4) Do not over tighten.

To release Clik Capo, loosen the screw appx. ½ turn and then use the release button.

How do I use The Original?
The Original is simple to use too!
1) Position the capo slightly behind the fret, and latch it.
2) Using the screw, adjust the tension until the strings voice clearly.
3) Do not over tighten.

Will a Paige Capo harm my instrument’s finish?
No. All Paige Capos are made with finish safe tubing. Any instrument however, should not be left for an extended period of time with any capo still attached to the neck.

Are replacement parts available?
Yes replacement parts and repair are available; contact us regarding any problems with your capo.

Does the Paige Capo come in any other finish/color?
No. All Paige Capo models are now only available in black finish with the exception of the 24K gold plated, original 6-string guitar and banjo/mandolin models.

How do I track my order?
Unfortunately there is no way for us to track your order once it is shipped; we encourage customers to inquire about the status of their order by contacting us.

Where can I find a Paige Capo in my area?
Because we deal almost exclusively with Domestic and International Distributors, there is no way of knowing what stores carry our products. We have listed a few reputable online stores that carry Paige Capos on our ‘Where To Buy’ page.

Can I order a Paige Capo with a specific radius?
Yes. We offer a radius option on the Paige Original banjo/mandolin, banjo/mandolin wide, and the banjo/mandolin 24K gold platted models for an additional $5.00 fee.
