Warranties, Returns and Shipping Policies
All Paige Musical Products including the Paige Capos and Paige Musical Merchandise have their own warranties, Returns and shipping policies. Before you make a new purchase please review each policy carefully. These policies can be found below.
Standard Shipping Turnaround & Fees
Shipping turnaround on any Paige Musical Product within the United States is shipped using the United States Postal Service and can take up to two (2) weeks to arrive once processed through our shipping department. Shipping on any Paige Musical product outside of the United States is shipped using the United States Postal Service and can take up to three (3) months to arrive once processed through our shipping department. All orders will be provided with a tracking number.
Shipping fees on any Paige Musical Product within the United States is free of charge on new orders. Shipping on any Paige Musical Product outside of the United States is a $10 shipping fee and will be applied at time of purchase on new orders.
Should you have a replacement or repaired product shipped back to you, the policies on shipping turnaround and fees are different. Please review each policy carefully. All policies can be found below.
Defective Product Policies
Paige Musical Product Warranty
Paige Musical Products with the exception to Paige Musical Merchandise* and Paige Musical Replacement Sleeves** have a two (2) year warranty. Paige Musical Products, at its discretion, will not charge to repair or replace any of its purchased capo models due to manufacturing defects during normal use.
In order to verify that your product was purchased within the last two years, you must have registered your capo on our website at the time of purchase or have proof of a receipt.
Any claims will result in the return of the defective item.
Paige Musical Products do not have to be purchased directly through our website to qualify for the warranty coverage.
Defects or damage that result from improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage to the product, contact with liquid, water, rain, dirt, or extreme heat, all of which may alter the cosmetic appearance and overall performance of the Paige Musical Product are all excluded from warranty service.
*Replacement of Defective Merchandise
Paige Musical merchandise that is unopened does not qualify for a return, refund, or replacement.
Purchasers who have a return on merchandise that does not fit (clothing) will be asked to fill out our return form and will be responsible for paying fees incurred with its return. Paige Musical, LLC will exchange the merchandise and will ship the item back to the purchaser. Your returned item will then be considered a new purchase and the standard shipping turnaround and standard shipping fees policy will be applied as stated above.
Returns on merchandise that are defective are eligible for a replacement or will be provided a coupon code to purchase a new capo at a 50% discount once the defective merchandise is returned. If you feel your merchandise is defective and wish to return it, please fill out our return form. You will be asked to submit proof of purchase. If you qualify for a return and replacement of defective merchandise, we will process a shipping label at no cost to you for you to print and attach to a sealed box containing your defective merchandise. You will need to return this to us. Your returned item will then be considered a new purchase and the standard shipping turnaround and standard shipping fees policy will be applied as stated above.
**Replacement Sleeves (rubber tube that lays over the strings)
We commonly find that replacement sleeves are needed after a few years. These sleeves are available through our online store or through our Amazon Brand account. If your sleeve is worn out from normal use the warranty doesn’t get you a free replacement. A link to buy replacement sleeves can be found here. If your sleeve has a premature defect (for example; has a crack or deformity) it is covered under the Paige Musical Product Warranty.
If you have registered your Paige Musical Product and/or have confirmation of purchase/receipt (your Paige Musical Product must have been purchased within the last 2 years-see above), and you feel your Paige Musical Product is defective, with the exception to Paige Musical Merchandise* and Paige Musical Replacement Sleeves** and would like to fill out our form to receive a replacement because you feel it is defective, please fill out our return form.
After you fill out our return form our shipping department will review it. They will be looking for proof of purchase either by proof of an order confirmation or receipt and/or by a registration confirmation.
Please note that your product must have been purchased within the last two (2) years for any Capos–See the Paige Musical Product Warranty above.
If you qualify for a return and replacement/repair of a defective product, we will process a shipping label at no cost to you for you to print and attach to a sealed box containing your defective product. You will need to return this to us.
Once we have received your defective product we will determine if we can repair it. If we can, we will do so and ship it back to you at no cost. If we cannot repair your defective product and you live within the USA, we will send you a coupon code which will allow you to reorder the exact product from our website at a 100% discount. The shipping department will receive your order and ship it. If we cannot repair your product and you live outside the USA, we will place a replacement order for you and the shipping department will receive your order and ship it.
If you purchased a Paige Musical Capo that is unopened and would like to return it, please fill out our return form. Once we receive your submission, we will process a shipping label at no cost to you for you to print and attach to a sealed box containing your defective capo. You will need to return the unopened capo to us.
Capos That Don’t Fit
A Paige Musical Capo that does not fit your instrument does not qualify for a return, refund, or replacement. We do not recommend one Paige Capo over another for specific types of instruments as every instrument is made differently from one to the next. Please visit our Detailed Description of each Model before purchasing to ensure your capo is the best fit for your instrument.
Returning capos that do not fit are not eligible for replacement or refund. Should the purchaser still wish to return that capo, the purchaser is responsible for paying return shipping fees for capos that do not fit.
